Headings always visible

Scrolling used to make the column headings disappear, making it difficult to see which field was which. Now headings will always be visible.

Report Download Naming

All reports will now download with the centre name and the roster date as a prefix:

Roster Audit Report

The Roster Audit Report has been updated to have color coding for non-compliance to make it clear where problems exist.

The following additional compliance measures are now included:

• Minumum Staffing levels

• Responsible Persons required

• Qualification Ratio

Bug fixes:

• Casual Priorities were not always being honoured, resulting in ‘Low' preference casuals receiving shifts ahead of 'Medium’ casuals.

• The optimiser would sometimes generate rosters with short patches of non-compliance for qualification ratio. This is now far less likely

• The optimiser is now more tolerant of missing information on the Payroll screen
