October 2024
The October 2024 release includes new features, some that are available immediately and others that require configuration and support from Daitum.
We’ve also fixed a bug in the Roster Audit Report double counting break coverage and fixed an issue where the latest end times could override Fixed Shifts.
Two features are switched off by default. To request these features, please contact Daitum support:
Tolerance for Ratio Coverage
Once configured, this allows optimisation to accept a configurable tolerance when evaluating ratio compliance
Expected Attendance Rate
Allow the configuration of an expected attendance rate that allows planning for absenteeism
New functionality that is available upon upgrade to the latest version
Separate configuration of minimum shift length that can be worked without a break
This can be found in Configuration > Defaults > Breaks section - Max. Shift Length Without Break. Customers can now define the number of hours a shift can be without a break. Upon release it is defaulted with 5hrs.
Added support for daily break length overrides
New fields have been added to the Shift Lengths view allowing customers to override the default break length per day per person.
Improved Payroll Import
Previously overridden values will be updated if they match the imported data and clear the Keep Override flag once all fields are matching the source system.
