Overrides

The Overrides view allows certain aspects of employee information to be changed from defaults, or information entered in the Payroll view.

Overrides possible here are:

• Override default display name (Base Position + First Initial + Surname)

• Contract details and Actual Position (when covering leave, for example)

• Hours worked

Actual Hours and Actual Position are used by the optimiser if entered. In the case of overrides, Base Hours and Base Position are used by reports.
