Contracts

The Contracts view details the break requirements of different employment contracts. These are either applied by default, or assigned to specific staff in the payroll view.

Attributes that can be set are:

  • Minimum break requirement, same shift category - the minimum break (hours) that a staff member can receive when worked two consecutive shifts in the same category

  • Minimum break requirement, different shift category - the minimum break (hours) that a staff member can receive when worked two consecutive shifts in different categories

  • Minimum break requirement, call - the minimum break (hours) that a staff member can receive between shifts when on call

  • Maximum consecutive days worked - this will take into account the previous roster.

  • Maximum consecutive nights worked - this will take into account the previous roster.
