Staff Skills

The Staff Skills view is a matrix of skills used in the Targets group to drive rostering outcomes.

Team Lead Shift is defined separately and can be seen at the top of the view. Entries here are defined by Employee Code.

Headers can be changed to rename different skills. Up to 20 skills can be defined.

Do not use the hash ('#') character in skill names.

A blank cell or entry of 0 means that the staff member does not have the required skill
