Shift Targets
The Shift Targets view defines the number of staff required to cover each shift in the roster. These numbers will be determined outside of the application by regulatory requirements and / or historical work load data.
Cells are colour coded based on how the currently prepared roster compares to these targets
Green means the correct number of staff are rostered
Yellow means too many staff are rostered
Red means not enough staff are rostered
The three columns at the right hand side of the view define the default entries, however these can be edited directly in the view.
A blank cell in this view means no requirement, as opposed to an entry of 0 which means a requirement of zero (e.g. no admin shift to be staffed on a weekend)
The default priority is Low.
