The Requests view allows the user to set shifts that must be accommodated by the optimiser. This can include night shift or O for off.
A non-blank cell means the staff member must be working the nominated shift.
In additional to special requests, this sheet can be used to force other rostering decisions, such as shifts fixed in an employee's contract.
