Quotas

The Quotas view visually demonstrates how the prepared roster performs with regards to staff quotas.

• Green shows where the correct number of staff are being used to meet required ratios.

• Red shows the shortfall in staff to meet required ratios.

• Yellow shows the number of staff working above required ratios. Note: there will always be some yellow to allow for coverage of lunch breaks, etc.

These graphs can also be viewed from the Roster view by clicking on the two + symbols at the top left.
