Other Duties allows a staff member(s) to be allocated to a separate duty on a specific day / time in the roster, e.g. training.
Users can choose to Schedule As one of the following options:

Any Day and Time - Daitum will choose the best day and time for the activity

Fixed Day - The user selects the day but Daitum will find a time on the day

Fixed Day and Time - The user will enter the day and times of the activity.
Staff with other duties will still be included in the roster but will not be counted towards any quotas/staff ratios during these times.
